Terms & Conditions for M.E lifestyle jewellery:

 

Herewith the terms & conditions for M.E lifestyle jewellery when purchasing an M.E product and will not be held liable for the following:

 

1: All jewellery is to be stored in the provided plastic Zip-lock bag when not being worn as it may tarnish & M.E lifestyle jewellery will not be held responsible.

 

2: All M.E lifestyle jewellery is to be removed when bathing, swimming & for all active outdoor activities. M.E will not be held responsible for any snapping of bracelets or stretching during the above or breaking of chains & loss of pendants.

 

3: M.E lifestyle jewellery will not be held responsible for the tarnishing/discolouring of the sterling silver if it has had exposure to any cleaning agents, lotions, hot water, salt water, cosmetics & perfumes - it will affect all metals, semi-precious stones & crystals as well as hasten the perishing of the stretch elastic.

 

4: All M.E lifestyle jewellery products are to be cleaned with a polishing cloth only and M.E lifestyle will not be held responsible for any damage when jewellery has been dipped in any silver/jewellery solution as it will affect all products.

 

5: It is recommended that all M.E lifestyle jewellery be re-strung professionally and M.E lifestyle will not be held responsible if not done so.

 

6: All re-stringing and replacement of lost/damaged beads and charms (if available) will be done at an extra cost and is a service M.E lifestyle jewellery provides & offers. Bracelets returned for re-stringing and/or bead replacement will be for the purchaser’s cost as will be the courier fee. M.E lifestyle jewellery will not be held responsible for loss of charms due to incorrect care and handling.

 

7: If an M.E lifestyle jewellery product is delivered damaged an email & photograph will be required on the day of delivery and is to be returned immediately at purchaser’s cost for assesment. If the product is found to be damaged it will be replaced with the same or similar (if still available) or another of choice or will be refunded and the courier fee will be deducted. All damaged goods are to be returned unused, unworn and in original packaging within 3 working day of delivery date.

 

8: All M.E lifestyle jewellery bracelets are 17cm-17.5cm (depending on charm) & all choker chains are 14”/35cm. M.E lifestyle jewellery will not be held responsible for any bracelets or chains that are too small or too big. Any returns will be for the purchaser’s costs. Personal emails can be sent to M.E lifestyle jewellery for special orders regarding sizing with additional costs where applicable.

 

9: Any damaged pendants as in No:7 will be replaced (if in stock) or refunded, however if any Swarovski Crystal pendant is broken due to being dropped or roughly placed down on a hard surface M.E lifestyle jewellery will not be held responsible & it will have to be re-purchased at buyers cost (subject to stock availability) as with the Swarovski Crystal braclets.

 

10: M.E lifestyle jewellery will not be held liable for any chains that break due to rough activities & handling and will have to be taken to a professional jeweller for repair as M.E lifestyle jewellery does not offer this repair service.

 

11: M.E lifestyle jewellery will not be held liable for any loss or excessive stretching of anklets due to incorrect wear and care. Numbers 1 - 11 apply.

 

12: Any new products added to the current stores shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions.  If a product on display in the online store has been sold out and paid for by the buyer, M.E lifestyle jewellery may offer a similar product as a substitute in its place and only if both parties agree to cancel the transaction will a refund be provided.

 

13: Certain products may be available exclusively online through the M.E lifestyle jewellery website and have limited stock, therefore any returns for the same product cannot be guaranteed.

 

14: M.E lifestyle jewellery does not refund items unless there is a manufacturer fault and the product can not be replaced.

 

15: All M.E lifestyle jewellery packaging tins have the care instructions printed on the back of the tins. Please take care to read and apply. M.E lifestyle jewellery will not be held responsible if care instructions are not followed.

 

16: M.E lifestyle jewellery’s logo and trademark are registered and protected and owned by M.E lifestyle jewellery.

 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us and we will always act to protect your personal information.

It is your responsibility in maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and all activities that take place under your password or account. If you will be using a shared computer ensure that you logout of your account at the end of each session.

If you believe that there has been a security breach or misuse of your password or account, please let us know immediately.
